Hobolite Micro is the smallest light I've reviewed, but it comes in super handy for all sorts of applications.
Crimson Engine recently published his review of Hobolite Micro, where he says that it's particularly useful if you're doing product photography or lighting small things. There's no reason why you couldn't use this instead of a much larger more expensive fixture that you're only going to leave at one or two percent of brightness. He also thinks it is most useful as a highlight and is pretty remarkable for something that can go anywhere. Whether you're shooting live in a darkroom or planning a traveling shoot, it's the perfect choice because it's light, compact and affordable.
