Ordering from Outside the U.S.
We're pleased to offer our online shopping services to members and customers around the world. Please follow the instruction to make an order:
1. Download and fill in the Purchase Order Excel Sheet.
2. Send the complete sheet to support@harlowe.com.
3. Our team will provide a quote within 1 business day.
4. After confirmation, the transaction will be carried out through Paypal.
Shipping Timeline
Once your transaction is complete, we will ship your item soon and will keep you updated. Most in-stock items will arrive 5-13 business days after receipt of your order. Please note that shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
If additional shipping charges apply, you will be contacted for verification and approval before your order is shipped.
Duties & Taxes Fees
Your country's import duties, taxes and fees are never included in the item and shipping totals.
Payment Methods
All transactions are processed in US dollars (USD), and Paypal will be used for settlement. Please review your financial institution's policies when making purchases in USD, as there may be extra charges incurred from the transaction. In the unfortunate event that a credit will need to be issued it will also be returned in USD. Any return currency conversions will be performed at present-day currency rates, and so may result in adjustments to the original local currency paid.
Returns & Exchanges
Orders shipped internationally aren't eligible for free returns or merchandise exchanges; return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service for a return address. After you get approval, please work directly with a carrier to ship a return.
Please note: You are responsible for return shipping costs.
1. Pack the item securely and include the original product packaging and tags if available. (Hint: If you cover all existing shipping labels, you can reuse the bag or box your order came in.)
2. Include proof of purchase (invoice, comfirmation email) plus your name, address, email, phone number and a brief description of why you’re returning the item.
3. Attach a return shipping address to your package.
4. Send your package using a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
