Harlowe Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Harlowe Membership Rewards Program. By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Program Overview
Harlowe Membership is a loyalty program designed to reward our customers with points for eligible purchases and other promotional activities. Points can be redeemed for discounts towards product purchases.
2. Eligibility
• The Program is open to individuals aged 18 or older with a valid email address.
• Membership is free; no purchase is required to enroll.
• Participation is limited to individuals. Businesses, groups, or organizations may not participate.
3. Enrollment
• To join, create a Harlowe Member Rewards account at Harlowe Rewards Page.
• Customers making any purchase on harlowe.com are automatically enrolled when they create a customer account.
• By enrolling, you agree to receive promotional emails and updates regarding the Program.
4. Earning Points
You can earn points through the following activities:
• Purchases: Earn 1 point per $10 spent on eligible purchases.
• Referral Program: Earn 100 points for each referred friend (new customer)who completes their first purchase.
• Unlock More Points with VIP Tiers: By reaching our VIP tiers, you can enjoy additional point multipliers, with different rates for each tier.
Points are awarded after order confirmation and will not include tax, shipping, or discounts.
5. Redeeming Points
• Points can be redeemed for rewards listed on the Harlowe Rewards page.
• Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Redemption options and required point values are subject to change without notice.
6. Points Expiration
• Points will expire after 12 months of inactivity (no earning or redeeming).
• Expired points cannot be reinstated.
7. Account Management
• Redeeming points requires an account sign-in.
• Harlowe reserves the right to cancel accounts with fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of these terms.
8. Program Changes and Termination
• Harlowe may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice.
• In the event of termination, any remaining points must be redeemed within 30 days.
9. Limitation of Liability
Harlowe is not responsible for:
• Technical errors that prevent participation in the Program.
• Unauthorized access to your account or points. -- Orders placed with email addresses inconsistent with account set up.
• Receive points for product reviews. Limited to one reward per product.
• Harlowe Annual Gala Invitation: Eligible members are entitled to a one-time invitation to Harlowe’s Annual Gala in Shanghai. This benefit is non-transferable and may only be redeemed once during the lifetime of the membership.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Illinois.
