About This Walk
The Adobe photo team is thrilled to welcome back Travis Keyes to lead another Worldwide Photo Walk in New York City. Join us on Saturday, October 4th, 2025, from 11am to 12:30 PM for an unforgettable exploration of light, style, and storytelling in the heart of NYC.
This year, sponsored by Adobe Lightroom and Harlowe Lights, we’ll explore the energy of Tribeca and the Hudson Riverfront—a perfect blend of historic architecture, cinematic streets, and bold city style. Expect textured backdrops, pops of street fashion, and light play that’s perfect for creating editorial-style shots.
We’ll begin at Pier 25 in Hudson River Park, where the wide waterfront views and angular architecture create a striking stage for portraits. From there, we’ll weave through Tribeca’s cobblestone streets, experimenting with light and shadow, and conclude near the iconic One World Trade area. Afterward, we’ll gather for a casual hangout at Brookfield Place to share our captures and talk editing tips.
Travis will guide participants through not just composition and storytelling but also Lightroom techniques—like Generative Remove, Lens Blur, and Presets—to elevate your photos on the go. Andrew will also introduce a selection of Harlowe constant lights, demonstrating how to create images that blend available light with continuous lighting for cinematic results. Sponsored lights from Harlowe may even make a guest appearance, helping us shape cinematic portraits right on the streets of New York.
Bring any camera you like—even just your phone! To get the most out of the editing portion, download Adobe Lightroom Mobile and log in with your Adobe ID. If you’re new to Lightroom, you can start a free 7-day trial just before the walk.
Don’t miss this chance to create, connect, and capture the cinematic spirit of NYC.
